You can access the living area, dining area and kitchen when these places are not occupied.
I have one bicycle at home which you are free to use if somebody is not using them.

A key to the house will be provided to guests to come in and leave as you please. The room and bathroom is private and we will not enter them except to clean. We live in the same apartment but have a separate room, television, fully done up kitchen but strictly vegetarian!
